Shin Kurushima Dockyard currently focuses on manufacturing
high value-added midsize vessels (e.g. car carriers, chemical
tankers, and product tankers). Our strength lies within our
unique capabilities of designing, engineering, and manufacturing
midsize vessels; therefore, we should continue to drive our
enterprise forward with a different goal from Chinese and
Korean shipbuilders, who generally operate on a much larger
scale. Thanks to the division of labor and the long-term
relationship, based on mutual trust, among our group of companies,
we are also equipped with an efficient production system,
which is a great asset and strength.
